Do I need to be home?

Someone over 18 should be there to let us in and to see what the camera shows. For a dryer vent or roof work we also need clear access to the laundry area and the outside of the house.

Can I send photos first?

Yes. Add up to five photos to the form, or reply to our text with pictures after you book. A photo of the fireplace, the roofline or the dryer connection helps us bring the right equipment.
